Did you know that all Consultations are FREE?
Our job is to know the real You. Every person has a different lifestyle, dental history, needs and budget. That’s why we don’t simply assume we know what’s best for you.
At your initial free consultation, our trained Clinicians will set to work to understand what makes you tick. You’ll get questions like:
What does having a new denture mean to you?
What would you like to achieve with your denture?
What look/appearance are you wanting?
What are the winning Lotto numbers? Okay, so maybe not that one.
Once we know your story, then we can help.
We’ll present you with different denture types based on your needs.
For instance, you might need a full denture (if you have no teeth) or a partial denture (if you still have some of your own teeth); You might be looking for an Immediate Denture due to an upcoming extraction, or for an Implant Denture that sits securely in your mouth. We do them all. Oh, and we also do repairs, WINZ and Insurance cases.
We’ll show you the different options to suit every budget.
For instance, most people want a natural and life-like appearance, in which case a denture in our Premium or Standard ranges will suit you best; Some people aren’t so worried about that, in which case a denture from our Basic range will work well instead. There are many options and we’ll discuss each of them with you.
We’ll also talk to you about our specials and promotions, our in-house payment plan, timing of appointments and answer any questions you might have. If we’ve done our job right there won’t be many, but we want you to feel comfortable about the process, so ask away!

Finally, we’ll ask for your formal consent to start the denture process with Clinico. There’s a simple form to complete first, and then we can get started. We can either begin straight away if you want to, or we can book a new appointment. Either way, we’ll make sure we support you through every step of the process so that you come out the other end with a denture that looks, feels and functions in the way you expected.
